Households are responsible for accurately describing job scope, providing safe access to their home during scheduled work, and communicating respectfully with cleaners.
9. Cleaner/provider responsibilities
Cleaners are responsible for reviewing job scope before expressing interest, performing agreed work with care, and communicating respectfully with households.
10. Payments, pricing, and membership
Pricing and payment features are being developed. Where applicable, prices will be shown clearly before a booking is confirmed. Household membership options may be introduced transparently in the future.
11. No hidden cleaner fees positioning
Cleaners are not charged hidden fees to join Clean Clean Clean, browse jobs, express interest, or accept jobs unless the business model is changed and disclosed to cleaners in advance.
12. Cancellations, disputes, and support
Cancellation, refund, and dispute processes will be published as the product launches. Support requests can be submitted through our support channels.
